Ideas are continually sprouting (pun intended) in my mind. Walking my dog is the most inspiring time for me. I get lost in the beauty of bark on a tree, the leaves, and simply the beauty and intricacy of natural grasses, flowers and pods that inspire me to preserve them into works of art. My dog, Clyde, is a rescue from Mexico. He is in a wheelchair and sometimes points me in the direction of something I may have missed. He, like me, is curious and loves to be out in nature discovering the best of what mother nature has to offer.
